1. Add Accounts — Go to Settings → Accounts and add your checking, savings, or credit accounts. 2. Add Bills — In the Bills tab, tap + to add recurring bills with a due date and amount. 3. Log Transactions — Use the Transactions tab to record income and expenses. 4. Review Analytics — The Analytics tab shows spending by category with charts and trends.

Bill Statuses:
• Not Due — Bill is not yet approaching its due date.
• Due — Bill is due this cycle and needs attention.
• Past Due — Due date has passed and bill is unpaid. Detected automatically.
• Ready — Funds are set aside and ready for payment.
• Paid — Bill has been paid this cycle.
• AutoPay — Bill is on autopay and will be handled automatically.
• Rejected — Payment was rejected or failed.
BNPL & Loans — Track Buy Now Pay Later plans and loans with installment progress bars and due dates.
Sandbox Balance — Preview your projected account balance after paying bills without affecting your real balance.
➕ Transactions
Adding a Transaction — Tap + Add and fill in the date, amount, category, payee, and account. Receipt Scanning — Tap the camera icon to scan a receipt. OrvoVault uses AI to auto-fill the amount, category, and payee. (Pro/VIP/Founder) Receipt Viewer — Tap the 📷 icon on any transaction row to view its attached receipt. Export — Download your transactions as a CSV from the export option in Transactions.
📊 Analytics
Spending Chart — The doughnut chart shows your spending broken down by category for the selected period. Date Filters — Filter by this month, last month, last 3 months, or a custom date range. Category Bars — Each category shows a colored bar with the total amount spent.
⚙️ Settings
Profile — Update your display name and profile photo. Accounts — Add, edit, or remove financial accounts tracked in the app. Categories — Customize your spending categories and their colors. Upgrade — Unlock Pro or VIP features including receipt scanning, export, and more.

Q: Does OrvoVault connect to my bank?
A: Not yet — transactions are entered manually for now. Bank sync is planned for a future update.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes. Your data is stored securely with Row Level Security — only you can access your data.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage and you can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
Q: I found a bug or have a suggestion.
A: Use the Contact Us button in Settings → Help & Support. We read every message!
